What are Dr. Hall's fees?

One hour intake - $300

Thirty minute follow-up/Medication checks - $150

Therapy sessions 50 minutes- $200​

 

Does Dr. Hall take insurance?  No.  He does not participate in any health insurance plans.​He accepts cash, credit, or HSA payments. 

 

He can provide an invoice with diagnosis and procedure codes for. patients to submit to their insurance company if they have out-of network benefits. ​

 

Medicaid does not cover prescriptions written by out-of-network providers.​

 

What are Dr. Hall's office hours?​  Dr. Hall has flexible appointment scheduling.   He sees patients throughout the week.​

 

Where does Dr. Hall see patients?  ​He will see patients in his brick and mortar office in Easton or at patient homes or offices in the Annapolis or Stevensville areas.  Once a patient is established, he could do telehealth visits, if desired.
